And now the "NEW" room is ready for the a color reveal {the trim has yet to be completed)
and the "DONNA" dresser is ready to be shown I think it's my best paint job to date... I totally want to pick up some clear wax to add to the dresser but for now Let's call it done & oh so pretty don't you agree???
this was the before
I used spray paint - Krylon Metallic Silver & Satin Black for knobs & the silver on body of dresser
& some oops paint I got in Walmart for $5.75 which is the total cost of this remake as I had the silver spray paint on hand
First I did the knobs & body in spray paints
I leaned the dresser on my bucket of paint and if you look you can see where I havent even painted the room trim but got excited for this dresser so it jumped to the top of project list
Here were the drawers after the first coat and I considered leaving them like this for about a minute....
Even tested the knobs but decided on another coat of paint
and TA DAH...
I picked up these cute boxes at Target this weekend in the dollar bin
Great find I think...
And here she is "DONNA DRESSER" What do you think???
I love love love it

Well, since my name is Donna, I think she is very special! Love the metallic on the wood. I have a table I have been thinking about a metal redo. You have just about convinced me that is the way to go. Yours turned out great!
